Refund Policy

Every Goptin account starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can try everything before paying. If a paid plan still isn't right for you, here is how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email work.thedan158@gmail.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full — monthly or yearly, card or QR. Please send the email address of your Goptin account.

After 14 days

• Payments older than 14 days are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we shut down Goptin, we refund any unused prepaid time.

How refunds are paid

• Card payments are refunded by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
• QR / bank-transfer payments (payOS) are refunded to the bank account they came from within 7 business days.
